Smoke Signals in the news

Smoke Signals was established in October of 2001.  The shop was the subject of much controversy in the beginning.  New Hampshire Drug Task Force raided our shop two weeks after opening, claiming that all the pipes we sold were drug paraphernalia.  We spent a total of five and a half years in court fighting for the right to sell our products.  In the end, we were found not quilty by the New Hampshire Supreme court. There are many articles online about the long fought battle but here are a few of my favorites...
